Thank you for shopping at the ACC Shop! 

If your purchase arrived damaged, we're here to help. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, but will send a replacement if an item arrives damaged. 

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to notify us of an item that arrived damaged from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, please email photos of your damaged item and the order number to shop@acc.eco.

Once we receive your email, we will take a look and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the photos.

If your return is approved, we will send you a replacement item and new email with tracking information.
